Rob stelt hoge eisen aan zijn werk. Hij is nauwgezet en precies. Maar bovenal is hij analytisch. Ik heb er alle vertrouwen in dat elke taak die ik hem toewijs, goed zal worden uitgevoerd. I had the pleasure of working with Rob for more than a year and what a period it was.
What I loved about him was the attention to detail. It is a trivial thing to say, but I cannot express enough how meticulous he is. We could work on an issue together and I would never worry that his part of the job would be incomplete or overlooked - Rob has delivered on every one without fail. And I do mean that every small detail is properly handled. I love it when everything is neat, tidy and well organized - achieving this while Rob is on your team will be a breeze.
A lot of people are only looking for resumes, stack or background these days, but no one is including in the human factor and the positive attitude to that list. I can wholeheartedly say that the entire time I worked with Rob was a fun time.
